It has a big kitchen with complete appliances and kitchen utensils. It has good lightings. It has big carport which will accommodate a big van. A parking space outside is also available. There’s a veranda where guests can hang around and enjoy chatting or have a drink. At the back of the house there’s a barbeque area to entertain.

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
