Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ

Welcome to our Gold Canyon Getaway. It contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is a generous 2550 square feet. This house was renovated and completely furnished in February 2020 and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.

Located in the heart of Arcadia, we are 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, hiking trails at Camelback Mountain . As a photographer working from home occasionally shooting outside, trust my presence is chill. 2 friendly pups might say hello.
