Inside, enjoy a comfortable living area, a king-sized bed, a loft w/ queen bed, a full-size bathroom, and a kitchen nook overlooking picturesque views and plenty of space to roam. Perfect place to come relax, recharge and enjoy the hill-country living. On the property you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.

Our family is moving into our 3rd generation of enjoying this 300-plus acre farm. It offers lots of space and a century old farmhouse for peaceful country nights.
