De luxe woning is van alles voorzien en heel erg geschikt voor familie's. Ruime woonkamer, de keuken is compleet. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers en 1 masterbedroom. De badkamer heeft een groot bad en een regendouche. Super snelle wifi en 65" tv (alle zenders van de wereld) Grote tuin. Eigen parkeerplek! Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Met 15 minuten in centrum van Amsterdam.

Great place for a family

When we are away we let out our entire house that consists of 3 floors including two large terraces and which is connected to a large, secluded square. We have a young child ourselves and the square is used as a big playground. Therefore, we love to welcome guests with children. If you travel with children we can allow four persons. (more is unfortunately not allowed by the municipality). Otherwise we only rent to TWO ADULTS MAXIMUM. permit numbers: 0363 4E10 EA69 2E9E 5B1D and Z/24/2313474

Lovely apartment near Oosterpark & city center!

A beautiful and cozy appartment situated on the ground floor in Amsterdam Oost. Nearby several parks (Oosterpark, Flevopark, Frankendael). The street is nice and quiet but very close to a small shopping center and many different restaurants and bars. Perfect for couples who want to explore Amsterdam. Welcome! We rent out our lovely family home with a garden. It is best suitable for a family or a couple. Our house is a characteristic, totally renovated sustainable house. It is situated in a calm area but at the same time close to the city centre. You can enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and relax in our recently renovated house. We do not use natural gas, everything in our home is based on (green) electricity. You have full and private access to the house during your stay!

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Museum Sq. and Vondelpark are a 10 min walk and around the corner you will find the tram&Subway which takes you everywhere you need within 5-10 min. I will give you local tips!

In deze gezinswoning kun je heerlijk rustig verblijven met jonge kinderen. Je kunt er spelen in de tuin, buiten genieten van de BBQ of lekker even ontspannen na een dagje in de stad. De woning ligt op 20 minuten fietsen van centraal station en met 5 minuten fietsen ben je in de weilanden aan het genieten van de natuur.

Gehele gezinswoning aan de rand van de stad. De metro is op 10 min loopafstand en in 20 min sta je op centraal station. Parkeren kun je gratis voor de deur. Ik woon er zelf en verhuur alleen als ik op reis ben dus ik zoek gasten die de ruimte respecteren
