Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

This authentic cozy studio apartment is part of a charming 17th-century canal house in the heart of Amsterdam! It also has its own entrance on the lowest floor. We prefer hosting non-cannabis smoking guests. Please note that the oven/microwave and the clothingdryer are located in the other part of the house. We live in the other part of the house and are available to help or inform you.
