Ferienunterkünfte in Government of Amsterdam

The House with the Curl was easy to find. It’s a peaceful and safe neighborhood to walk in especially since we did a lot of walking to and from the tram. It matched the pictures and description. It was a great place for us and allowed us to cook our breakfast. (A couple of markets in the neighborhood) as well as some great little places to pick up doners!! Tram 26 made the area assessable as well as provided a neat experience. Would stay again if ever in Amsterdam.

L'appartement est très beau et grand. Il est très bien situé pour se promener à pied, le quartier est très sympa, nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité. Supermarché juste en face. Les escaliers sont effectivement raides mais c'est typique de la ville. Il faut juste faire attention et tout se passe bien. Le seul petit défaut est qu'on entend les voitures, et que nous avons été réveillés très tôt par du bruit dans la rue. À part ça, je recommande l'appartement !

Ingrid est très gentille et super accueillante. Le logement était propre et conforme à la description. Il est facile de se rendre dans le centre-ville d’Amsterdam en 20 min avec l’arrêt de bus juste en face. Il y a également un parking pour la voiture. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons sûrement ! This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays. I enjoyed the location, house decor and design, and the atmosphere. The host was my best host to date. She was over the top helpful and super kind. Pictures don’t do her place justice. It’s a cute little space!

We had a wonderful stay on this houseboat! The host was really helpful, always quick to respond, and provided great local recommendations. The houseboat was spacious enough for our family of four (two adults and two children aged 14 and 12), and the beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the peaceful location and the cozy outdoor terrace — the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the sun. The host also offered drinks and snacks at a most affordable prices. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience!

We expected we'd lucked out when we found an open window for an Airbnb with a 4.99 rating; we were right. Arjen was kind and responsive, attentive and helpful. He was there when we arrived at 8pm and gave us a tour of the local area for over an hour (!) that helped us find a great bakery (Bbrood on Zeedijk) and even get groceries for our hungry, tired kids. He clued us in to the IAMS car show that was in town just that weekend and had great advice about boat tours and more. I'd say he was as good as any concierge if I could think of any concierges who also double as free tour guides. On top of that his apartment is in a spectacular location, quiet, well appointed, and pleasant. The only challenge is the one for all great apartments in old-town Netherlands: very steep stairs that would pose a challenge for people with mobility issues. No help for that: if you have mobility issues you'll need someone not in the old town anyway. This was the best Airbnb experience my family has ever had.

Endroit très agréable et très paisible, optimal pour visiter Amsterdam et les villes environnantes sans avoir à exploser son budget. André et Marlies ont des vélos à disposition et nous avons vraiment adoré faire du vélo! Je les recommande vivement!
