In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

Great location -- 100 feet of private lakefront on Lake Champlain, on a 1+ acre lot. 40 foot wraparound deck. 2 bedrooms and third loft bedroom. well appointed kitchen, dining area/living room. Good wifi. Lower level has work space area, seating/ rec area for youngsters with bathroom ( with washer/dryer) and separate deck. Hammock space on deck. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday from the last Saturday in June to Labor Day weekend.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
