Walk down the hill and pull up outdoor chairs by the lake shore. The cottage is located in the very quiet neighborhood of Chazy Landing. Large flat screened TV with fast WIFI available. Coffee maker, microwave and a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. A property manager lives nearby.

A four-bedroom century old cabin that was completely rebuilt in 2011 with every modern convenience and 200mbps wifi; located in a private cove on Lake Champlain. The house has four bedrooms (2Q, 1F, 2T) and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen & has twin french doors open to our oversized screen porch with epic water views. The property has a private sandy beach with great deep water swimming - access in shallows is clay and silt bottom however.

In addition, the lake offers excellent fishing, including salmon, lake trout, bass, and pike.

Refurbished 1950’s Cottage 300’ from Lakefront

This cozy cottage will gladly accommodate a couple with 2 small children. Although it has only 1 bedroom, we do have a futon in a front sitting room and another on the sun porch. Our home is on the property, but mostly hidden from the cottage by tall cedar trees. We are located about 1/2 hour from Burlington. We are < 5 minutes from the Grand Isle to Plattsburgh, NY ferry. The sunsets are simply phenomenal!
