Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

The non-smoking guest space is on a quiet residential street of families and children... If your visit won't fit that vibe you may be happier elsewhere. At the side entrance to our home you’ll find a well lit door with a keyless lock system . Entrance to the private guest space is down the stairs.
