If your stay begins with location this place is it. Situated one street from the Elora Mill and all it has to offer, your stay will be convenient and carefree. Enjoy your morning coffee, sitting in your building's garden with an unrestricted view of the Grand River, the Elora Mill and Mill St. A simple crossing of the street and you will be standing on the steel covered bridge looking down at the Grand river and its Tooth of time. You are now only a few footsteps away from all that is, Elora.

Broken Silo

Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove will make your stay feel like your at home if you love to cook. Washer/dryer in unit for those extended stays. The bathroom will leave you speechless and mesmerized with its eclectic style. The cozy bedroom has 3 skylights to let that natural light in. Apartment is very soundproof so you only feel the odd train rumble by.

Welcome to our cozy basement apartment! This modern Airbnb is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood 40 min drive from Toronto downtown and an hour from Niagara Falls. The well-lit space features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ample storage in the spacious closet, and a beautifully designed interior. Note: Tesla EV charging $30 per day extra. Note: We have 2 single folding matresses available to place on the floor in the living room. Extra linen and pillows are provided.

Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (less than 5 minutes drive) to downtown Fergus, 7 minute drive to downtown Elora. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.
