Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. One dog allowed. The perfect place to come back to after a busy day at First Monday, or just a nice getaway. Garage and WIFI. The backyard is large and completely fenced in! It's a great place for kids to play, or for all to relax at the end of the day and is furnished with horseshoes, a table for 4, a 2 person hammock, and a propane fire pit. Brookshires is located close for groceries. 2 night stays allowed on non-First Monday weekends.

Keurig, microwave, toaster, mini fridge provided. Fire pit, outdoor furniture provided. There is NO full kitchen and no pets are allowed. 24 hour notice required.

Outdoor fire pit gathering area with hammock, swings, darts, and corn hole, Alarm / Radio, games, TV, DVD player, DVDs, books, charcoal grill, a wood fireplace, double propane hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, coffee, and popcorn provided.

Relaxing Treehouse Getaway

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tree house is sitting on stilts among trees where a beautiful oak tree comes through the elevated outside dining patio area. The tree house is located on our 15 acres of wooded property with approx. 1 mile in walking trails in the woods on the property for exploring and observing wildlife. Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.

Wildflower Yurts ~ Primrose

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Upward Treehouse - Your Beautiful Retreat

Upward Treehouse is a beautiful & luxurious treetop retreat! A ground level covered patio provides a comfortable eating area. The second level is an open air deck complete with a sitting area and a flat top gas grill. The third level is the entry level to the family room with 2 full sized sleeper couches, TV & Blueray. Also a full sized kitchen, half bath, wrap around deck with more outdoor seating and outdoor shower.

The Lazy 8 at Lake Fork

You and your family can enjoy the beautiful East Texas sunrise and sunset in Emory TX, fish top rated Lake Fork (a public boat ramp is located 3/4 of a mile from our property), watch the deer feeding in the early mornings and evenings, or fish in our pond for Channel Catfish and Bream. You can also visit First Monday Trade Days in nearby Canton. Our home has a 50 amp plug in for EV charging.

Mineola - private house- a few minutes to downtown

A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.
