Gorgeous location, very peaceful. Great accommodation with lots of amenities and even an Easter basket filled with goodies.

Ideallic getaway retreat. Easy to find and set in a beautiful location. Bumped into our host Lucy on our way down the track, Lucy welcomed us and informed us everything was ready for our stay. We parked up opposite a gorgeous lake, used the handy trollies for our luggage and made the short journey to the lodging. The accomodation was lovely, exactly like the images. Nestled away at the end of the track you felt completely emersed in nature. The sound of the local wildlife and the close encounter with a Muntjac further added to the experience. The Cubley, was clean, tasteful and accommodated to all our needs. We made full use of the facilities and fully enjoyed our stay. 10/10

We stayed at Emily's place for our 10 year anniversary. It was absolutely magical. The cabin is in beautiful surroundings and very peaceful... just what we wanted. There is lots to do in surrounding areas but we made the most out of the wild pool, sauna and BBQ area. We woke up to the sound of wildlife. Sitting on the decking, with our morning coffee, surrounded by animals and greenery was absolute BLISS. We will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family!

Lovely cabin in the Oxfordshire woods. Very easily accessible by car or train to Bicester North station. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay - set to perfection before our arrival and very clear instructions to help us warm it up the day after. Mirror house provides a nice blend of privacy and proximity to the nature. it was a surprise for my partner who absolutely loved it! Will definitely look forward to visiting again.

This was our third time staying with Cambridgeshire Lakes and still very happy with the accommodation and the team running it. Always feel at home in their cabins and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful.

It's exactly as the pictures are - lovely and quiet. Will was a really good host, very responsive and was super helpful when setting up the hot tub etc. The Airbnb is really well located for what we wanted, we spent the day at Bletchley Park which was great. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights and have the capacity to I would pack some extra pillows and cushions. The bed is pretty good considering that it's the table too. The perfect place for a short stay away!

What a wonderful place to stay! The lodge is lovely and so spacious. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use the hot tub but it looked fab. Lovely to be able to take the dogs, even if the fields full of rabbits did create rather a lot of excited barking from the 1 year old. I would definitely recommend a visit here and hope to return in the future.

We stayed at this barn for one night and absolutely loved it! It was incredibly cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it feel welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Short stay while bathroom was being renovated. The cabin was immaculate and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Hosts were very helpful and friendly but also mindful of privacy. A great local find in our home town Chesham!! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Also lovely little touches included, like dog treats, fresh milk, tea and coffee. Really wonderful cosy place to rest for a few days.

Beautiful lodge everything was there even down to treats for us and our dog. Very dog friendly. We will definitely book agian and recommend to others.

Ali's Den more than lives up to the promise of the listing and the glowing reviews. Her personal touches add that warm, welcoming, special feeling that goes beyond the facilities, comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast hamper is loaded with lovely choices (she took the trouble to inquire about preferences) and she delivered a pack of extra treats for our dog. As a grumpy old man who hates digging about new places to find the spoons, I particularly relished the user-friendly labels at crucial junctures. We didn't have a lot of time to let dog explore the secure garden, as Ali encouraged, so we'll definitely need to return for a more leisurely sojourn to properly enjoy that and the nearby walks in due course.

We had a wonderful stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a romantic escape. There was so much to enjoy right at the accommodation—the aqua centre was a real treat, and we had great fun relaxing in the snooker room. The space was clean, cosy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic and relaxing stay in a unique location.

We had a lovely stay. Colin & Lian were great hosts. The EcoPod was excellent (we liked it so much we’ve bought a smaller one for our garden), opening out into a large garden which backed onto open countryside. Our dog very much enjoyed playing with Gigi. Highly recommended.

Antonia's place was warm and homely. Although in her garden, I had off road parking and didn't feel either overlooked. It was clean and I felt at home straight away, especially with her pictures and knick-knacks! She suggested places to go but was not intrusive. Lovely break.

Had a gorgeous stay at wisteria lodge! My first time using Airbnb and I wasn’t at all disappointed. We stayed at Helen and johns lodge for a much needed getaway this weekend and couldn’t have been more impressed. The lodge had everything we needed! We particularly liked using the tennis court and rackets and balls were even provided by Helen. Thank you guys very much

Thank you for giving us the space we needed to relax . The Boat house is very spacious. I feel so relaxed which is just what I needed. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely walks, I would highly recommend this place and this lovely host to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at Andy & Eileen's little cottage. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. As a bonus, some extras was included in the fridge. The bathroom was spotless, there were plenty of towels and TP, everything in the kitchen was fully functional and in great working order, and the fridge was full size and cold. Internet, sofa, dining table, and TV were all great too. We have absolutely no complaints. The absolute bonus were the two dogs and fenced off bunny rabbits. They were such a delight. And Andy kept an excellent job ensuring any land mines were promptly removed. Overall an excellent stay with some super great hosts. We highly recommend staying here.

Was lovely stay. Took my partner there for her 20th bday. I requested for extra things to make it special. They did not fail to impress us! The bday bolt came with balloons, decorations and chosen rosé, they wrote a bday card for her with chocolate. Although such a shame the weather was bad.. Was looking forward to use other things they offered ( hot tub and outdoor cinema). Thank you!

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!

We had a lovely stay. It's a shame we only used the location as a base for a weekend spent at an event, meaning we weren't able to take full advantage of what was on offer. The Stables would be great for those looking for a longer stay, in accomodation that they can also properly relax and spend time in.
