The home was large enough to fit our group of 9 very comfortably. The outdoor space is very beautiful, although the interstate is very close, so you do hear some noise from that, but we didn't mind. The house was very clean and well stocked. The guest contact we had was great-she answered any questions and was quick to address any concerns or problems that came up. Would highly recommend!

Our family absolutely loved your gorgeous home. Our daughter’s wheelchairs fit perfectly and the open layout was beyond perfect it couldn’t have been better. We most definitely would stay again at your beautiful home.

Great place to stay. The kids loved the downstairs. My teenagers had their own living room, bedroom & bathroom. The garage was a great area to play & get some energy out. The ring toss game was broken but still plenty to do. The upstairs was very nice. We had plenty of room for everyone. Not anyone’s fault but the house was very noisy. With the open stairwell all of the noise echoed terribly from the downstairs to the upstairs and all the living room/kitchen area was very loud at all times (because I have kids…). Lots of road noise. Furnishings were nice. Kitchen adequately stocked. Bathrooms were great, but the bath tubs do not stop up, so you can only use them as showers. Beds were comfortable. The king bed is only a few inches off the floor so not ideal for those with mobility issues. Master bathroom door did not lock but the bedroom door did so we were still able to maintain privacy. The hot tub was not clean when we arrived. There was grass in the hot tub & it foamed when on.

We couldn't be any happier. We went home with wonderful memories with us. We felt right at home the moment we stepped in. The place is so clean, provided so much more than the basic that we need. Lots of things to do. Definitely would recommend 5++ stars!! As soon as we drove out the driveway pur kids already wishing they could go back one day. Peaceful place with great morning views, fresh air and cows at the back! Most of all the host were amazing. ⭐️🙏🥰

We enjoyed our stay and everything was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was nice as was the ability to use the garage. Appreciated the games, beach towels, and extra thoughtful amenities like the kitchen snacks and bathroom supplies. Plus the neighbors across the street were very kind and helped us prepare for an approaching storm. Great stay and lovely place! Side notes for others who like extra details…. Two bedrooms are on the main level and both of those bedrooms have the king beds. The two bedrooms upstairs both have two queen beds in each. One bathroom is on the main floor and one bathroom is upstairs. A laundry room is in the basement.

Had a great time at the house. Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Bathrooms and kitchen were all well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and extras in the game room were a plus.

We really, really enjoyed this property even though it rained & stormed every day. The view is so gorgeous! We actually enjoyed watching the storms out the large windows that overlook the property, the large pond and rolling hills. Watching the deer meandering around as they fed and the turkeys chasing each other was better than watching TV. This property is so peaceful. On nice days, there is lots to do as he says in the description…pontoon & paddle boat on the pond, a fire pit area, the hot tub, corn hole, comfortable deck, and just walking the property. The home was spotless and very comfortably appointed. We could not think of one thing we would have wanted that wasn’t already provided. So many towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. Beautiful and tasteful decor. Comfortable beds. We traveled with another couple & there was plenty of room. Jim was very responsive from beginning to end. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. I’m sure anyone would love their stay.

Beautiful, private in the rolling hills of Kentucky. This is a refuge away from the touristy parts of Kentucky to rejuvenate if you like the outdoors and privacy. We didn't use the pool but appreciate that would be an option for next time! :) So much to appreciate about Kentucky and Annjenettes hospitable home and stay was a blessing!

Felt right at home. my kids loved the hot tub and fenced in backyard. Host always responded in a timely manner and just a great stay all around. I would definitely book from host again.

We wanted a quiet getaway for a nice long weekend and this spot was perfect! We loved the hot tub and used it everyday. Randy mentioned some short trails to walk on which we would have done if the weather was better. The location was great if you want to get away from the city.
