The North Country Trail and the new 40-mile Dragon Trail are less than 15 minutes away for hiking and biking enthusiasts. Enjoy beautiful views and peaceful relaxation at the River Valley View cabin. Property provides: -Kayaks -Standup paddle boards -Magic carpet for kids -Grill with natural gas -Hot tub with view of the lake (Operation Hours between 7 am and 11 pm) -Steam shower -Sand box -Electronic dart board -Pool table -Fire pit -Gas fireplace -Boathouse with party area *Pontoon boat available to rent for $350/day OR $750 for 3 days. There are 2 public launches & our 40 foot private dock for your own boat or jet ski! 2 kayaks & 1 paddleboard available. Joining us in winter? Ice fishing, local snowmobile trails & beautiful sunsets.

Jack Jr.-a little place in the woods

Jack Jr is tucked away at the edge of the woods up on the hill of the historical city of Newaygo. This space was created to be a getaway from all the hustle bustle with a .5 mile trek (walk/bike/drive) into the town of Newaygo or its many surrounding adventures. Bike or hike the Dragon Trail, visit the Newaygo Brewery or Market 41, fish the Muskegon River or any of the multiple surrounding bodies of water we have. Float the river in the summer or hit the snowmobile trails in the winter.

A FrAme CottAge on Hess Lake

Have fun on the water at all-sports Hess Lake. Located in Grant/Newaygo it’s perfect for a lake front getaway. Our cottage sleeps 4-6 with sunrise views of the lake. It is on the smaller side but we're a big family and want to make sure other families and friends that don't mind sharing one bath have the option. Just 40 minutes from Grand Rapids and less than 10 minutes from downtown Newaygo. Spend a day on the sandy shores of the lake or close by tubing trips down the Muskegon River.

Devil's Hole Cottage - on the Muskegon River

Welcome to our cottage! We are located directly on the Muskegon River in Newaygo Michigan. The Muskegon River is known for its great fishing. You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.
