This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here. 2 miles to historic Smithville villages with year-round festivities. Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, & Historic Port Republic. This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

Beachfront, Multi-Family Home

Available for SATURDAY-SATURDAY rentals during summer (June - August). During all other times, there is a 2-night minimum stay required by the local town rules.
