Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool
On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house 1st May to end September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Grade II Cosy Cottage on edge of Exmoor
A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. Shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fruit and veg shop, bakers, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.

The Old Chapel - Dulverton
The Old Chapel is a well equipped, light and airy property in Dulverton, with beautiful vaulted ceilings. There are lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.The property also benefits from two car parking spaces and a balcony. Situated in the heart of Dulverton, the Old Chapel offers convenient access to Exmoor and local tourist attractions as well as cycling, horse riding, walking and fishing. Many local walks and cycle routes can be started from the front door.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge
This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
