Winifred is a charming 2 bedroomed terraced cottage located just a 3 minute walk from Gorleston's beautiful beach and only a 10 minute drive to Great Yarmouth’s Pleasure Beach. The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through a dining room. There’s a large double bedroom with king sized bed, a cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom. A perfect base for exploring!

We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Space for everyone to spread out. Outside there is a BBQ with room to eat and to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. In addition have fun on the long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby.

Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
