A two bedroom house with a private garden on a quiet residential street with walks and bike rides into the peaks from the door. Take a break to explore and unwind 😊 I aim to offer a comfortable, well-equipped home that’s relaxed and lived-in. Just to set expectations: there will still be signs that I live in the house, like some of my belongings in a few storage areas. But I will aim to provide enough storage for the number of guests.

Based in Marsden, Sleepers, is our one bedroom self catering guest suite for two adult guests. Within the Colne Valley, overlooking the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, with local pubs, shops and cafes a gentle stroll along the towpath. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.

Self contained accomodation in Cadshaw with lovely views. Easy access to many walking and cycle routes in the West Pennine Moors, including Witton Weavers Way which passes next to the accomodation. Minutes from Entwistle reservoir and Cadshaw Castle Rocks, for the climbers amongst you. Near to Wayoh reservoir and Jumbles Country Park. Ideal base for exploring Lancashire.
