This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Delightful, cosy holiday cabin on the shingle at Dungeness, moments from the sea, with wonderful views. A spacious modern en-suite shower room and separate living room, with small kitchen give you the option to rustle up basic meals, and a generous comfy kingsize bed (twin beds option) awaits you. There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

Romney Sands Holiday Park - Sleeps 6 Modern Lodge

Family run, cherished lodge available for rent in Romney Sands. The lodge is probably on the best location on site and is located on the edge of the lake with amazing views and filled with carp, for those who love to fish. The lodge sleeps six; there's a master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite with a toilet and shower. There is also a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge that comfortably sleeps two people. Dogs are welcome, maximum of two or message to ask.

Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
