A once in a lifetime opportunity awaits guests of LOFT 1892, a beautifully restored condo on the corner of Downtown Greenville's N Main St and East North St. This home features 2 luxurious master suites with state-of-the-art walk in showers, and four-poster beds. The Loft was built around 1892, and began as a grocery store. The hardwoods are original, except for the kitchen, and the Queen bed, and beams are period as well. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!
