Cute place! This basement apartment had a nice kitchen and living room area. Lots of room! I was in town for work (working nights at TIEC and sleeping during the day). It was mostly quiet for that, but just a little pitter patter of paws a few times. Bring a noise machine if that would be an issue for you! Also a sleep mask came in handy for day sleeping. Would book again :)

Absolute gem of a stay. Sandy and Mick were absolutely lovely, and incredibly responsive. The place was spotless, comfortable, quiet, secluded, and so adorable. It made my first trip to Greer a worry free, hassle free one. I would 100% stay here again.

We stayed at Kira’s place on one of our seasonal visits to Biltmore. We enjoyed the accommodations and the small town of Brevard. We were able to walk to downtown Brevard to enjoy the shopping and dining. Kira was friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to all our needs.

Great place! Very private you have a direct view of the falls. Very nice stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and very well furnished! We will definitely go back!

If you are looking for a beautiful, secluded mountain getaway, this is exactly the place! Our host, Brian, went above and beyond from before our stay until we, regrettably, had to go home. Would have liked to stay much longer! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor lighting, vacation guides, device chargers, freshly cleaned robes, sound machines in the bedrooms, complimentary and high quality soap and shampoo, well-stocked selection of Keurig pods, even the Ingles discount card for those who don't have an Ingles back home. The list of amenities goes on and on! Brian also proactively provided great recommendations and was so helpful. This is an A+++ AirBNB. We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Greenville, look no further! Walking through the door I was impressed with the design and thought that went into making the spacing inviting get away for all guests! For me, the cleanliness is what will have me book every time I’m in the area. Everything was pristine! Not to mention, this great escape is central to downtown Greenville.

This may be my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far! There was so much room here, plenty of beds, and super comfortable. Everything was nice and modern and worked perfectly. We brought a group of mountain bikers and had plenty of room in the driveway for everyone, and everyone loved the projector downstairs for watching videos! Thanks for an awesome stay.

My family (2 adults & 2 children) took out a few days in Tryon for Spring break (March 2025). Firstly, the location and home were exactly as shown online. The location is extremely private and there was no wear and tear which made all of us feel like we were home from home. The bedrooms (3 in total) were large and spacious, the kitchen well stocked with basic sundries which allowed us to cook every night. Spending time together with breathtaking views was icing on the cake. The winner was the games room in the basement which we spent numerous hours at - pool table, giant Jenga, card game etc. Off the games room was a lovely hot tub which overlooked the mountains which was thoroughly used by all of us. Peter was extremely responsive to questions and super helpful which made us feel extremely looked after. I would highly recommend this location and I am sure we will be back again!

Darrin was a responsive, helpful, wonderful host. Our company used his Airbnb to house employees while they worked in the area. He was easy to work with and informative as our employees were in the area during Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. I would recommend staying in this home as it is also in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Came to town for the closing of a new house. I am familiar with the area and for our purposes we were centrally located for our needs. The house had everything we needed. I work from home and the upstairs has a desk equipt with necessities. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful adds Sheila made sure to include. She was very responsive and pleasant to interact with. I recommend staying here and if I have friends coming to town I will certainly book here again to accommodate them.

My husband and I, plus 1 pup, stayed 4 nights at Stefania’s home. She is most deserving of her guest favorite status and 5 star reviews. I chose this home specifically because it is located 2.5 miles from Downtown GVL and the Peace Center. It is located in a safe and quiet area with other well maintained homes. This place is nicely and comfortably furnished, with open, bright spaces. There is every imaginable small appliance available, as well as the kitchen being fully stocked for cooking meals. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The backyard has a full privacy fence and great exterior lighting. There are multiple items available for use when you bring your pup. Stefania provides a comprehensive guest guide book that explains all the amenities available in the house (and there are many!) and she includes so many recommendations for restaurants. We had an amazing stay and we highly recommend this home. Stefania thought of every thing. Perfection. 🤩

Mark’s place was great. We stayed here for the SEC tournament and it was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. The home was beautiful inside and very clean. I would definitely stay here again when back in Greenville. No complaints at all. 10/10

My stay was amazing from start to finish. The host went above and beyond with communication, both before my arrival and during my stay. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully planned out. The sheets and linens smelled so fresh and clean ..a small detail that made a big difference. That said, everything else was a 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again!

This unit is so cute and functional. The view is nice and we loved sitting on the balcony playing games for hours. Super experience!

Exceptional stay in Greenville. Couldn't ask for a better location, easy to park, host extremely responsive, instructions were easy to follow, very comfortable, place itself was very well appointed and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Overall, wonderful. The bed was super comfy, the living room was cozy and the gas fireplace was super lovely. A few minor items - the heat was on 60 degrees when we arrived and there was fine dust on most surfaces - it was clean but seemed it had not been cleaned super recently. The “shampoo” provided is actually a body wash/shampoo combo. We had just been pampered with really nice toiletries at a different Airbnb so we’re probably spoiled, but this was a little disappointing. Overall, it was great and the place is ENORMOUS! Parking is convenient and it is a short and easy one block walk to all the fun of downtown.

This was the perfect location for our stay during the SEC women’s basketball tournament. We could walk to and from the games. The condo was pristine and very functional. Our only issue was the cost of the parking garage which our host addressed in a very positive manner. We would stay here again. Host incredibly helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Renee’s place. The location is right in downtown and walkable to everything we did— surrounded by restaurants and shops. I know some reviews mentioned the noise but that is to be expected with any location that is the heart of the action and Renee has provided both sound machines and ear plugs in each bedroom. We weren’t bothered by the noise and thrilled with how convenient it was. The place is charming and well equipped with amenities— very comfortable places to lounge, fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and closets. Above all, though, Renee was so incredibly friendly and responsive. Wonderful communication. The whole experience was 5⭐️ and would happily stay there again or at another of Renee’s properties.

We visit GVL 2-3 times a year and love staying here so much that now we won’t stay anywhere else. Truly the best host, best location, and best properties in the area. The condo is central to everything downtown, and is immaculate, cozy, and very safe. Cindy is such a sweet, proactive, and thoughtful host. She makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay, and it’s all the little things like bottled waters, snacks, coffees and teas, creamers—she even left us a special surprise for our anniversary. We’re grateful to have been so well taken care of and once again had a great trip. Where you stay can make or break a trip, and this one absolutely makes it. Thanks Cindy!
