History meets style in this perfectly located downtown spacious 2 bdrm 2 story (2nd n 3rd story) apartment with a full kitchen. The 2nd floor bdrm has a queen bed with a BIFOLD BARN door, the 3rd floor bdrm is its own private oasis boasting a queen bed, a desk, closet and futon. Cozy, updated, historical and has beautiful surroundings. A few blocks to amazing restaurants, Mile of Music venues, Performing Arts Center, The Expo Center, Lawrence University, parks, river trails, and shopping.

Home away from home

Located less than 2 miles from the Appleton airport, and 32 miles from Lambeau, this executive home sits on a quiet cul de sac. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with queen sized beds and there is a bathroom in between them. The master suite sits on the opposite end of the house. In the basement is a rec room and a 4th bedroom and 1/2 bath. There’s a beautiful yard and deck and big fire pit. A great place to stay for EAA or Packers games (take a shuttle bus for about $30 each).

Homey lower level apartment with private entrance

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

This serene property offers a soothing escape for guests with its relaxing feel of country living while being just a few mins off the highway and easy access to the rest of Appleton. Less than a 30 min drive to Lombardi field in GB! Property's not lived in, but set up to accommodate groups up to 8 needing a comfortable place to stay. Owners live in the attached home next door. In-ground pool out back is off limits without prior approval from owners due to liability.

Furnished Cottage on Lake Winnebago with beautiful sunrises. 1 bedroom with queen bed. There is plenty of space for air mattresses in common areas. 1 queen air mattress available. One bath, full kitchen fully stocked with dining area, bring your own food to prepare. Bring your water toys or boat, launch nearby and dock access in warmer months with great fishing. Winter months, bring your snowmobile, trails nearby. Great ice fishing when lake is frozen and ice is safe.

The Cloverland Barndominium is a thoughtfully renovated 100-year-old barn sitting on 5+ private acres of forest to explore next to a river. You'll share the land with friendly goats that you can watch from right outside your window!
