The house was perfect!!! It had everything you needed, i felt really comfortable and immediately at home. There was a fruit basket when we arrived, and she even made sure we had some simple refreshments to start the day with. Judith always answers and is really friendly and helpful. The house is in a nice and quiet environment. It's a 15 min walk to the center and it's close to plaza pozuelos, where there is a big supermarket. You can do everything on foot, only to return back to the house, i recommend a taxi. But it has it's advantages, you have a nice view here, and no noise from the city at all, it's really quiet and peaceful, what is hard to get in Guanajuato centro. So if you want to be close to the center but still want to live quiet and super clean... I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Judith!!! You're an amazing host, i hope to see you soon again!!! Un lugar súper limpio, que para mí es muy importante, la localización muy bien ubicada para llegar ama cualquier lugar ya sean restaurantes y lugares que visitar. Excelente lugar!!! Volveríamos seguramente.

We chose Dave's place because of the size and location, plus his pictures were amazing. I had been to Guanajuato once before with friends but this time I wanted to share the city with my family. My husband and I, plus our 2 sons and their partners along with an adult grandson, were very comfortable. Our favorite spot to get together was the terrace - what an incredible view! Our last night was a fun family dinner; the kitchen fully equipped with a spacious dining table both inside and outside. There is so much to do and see in Guanajuato. Mario, the house manager and his nephew, were very responsive and always available to provide rides to the airport and for a day trip to San Miguel. I definitely recommend this house and would be very happy to stay again. We had 3 people who worked remote and the WIFI was great throughout the property. Thank you Dave and Mario for a great stay!

Es muchísimo más bonita de lo que se ve, un lugar muy cómodo, el anfitrión súper amable y siempre al pendiente de todo, la casa estaba muy limpia, una vista increíble, quien me recibió súper amable. Sin duda volveré pronto.

Excelente lugar, está hermosa la casa, todo súper limpio, es inmejorable que cuente con lugar para estacionarse, está muy cerca del centro, no cuenta con horno de microondas ni TV en la habitación secundaria, De allí en fuera todo muy bien

Buena hubicacion, amplia y limpia.

La ubicación fue muy buena, el alojamiento es lo que describe. La comunicación excelente, y una gran vista. Sólo tengo dos detalles, el baño tenía un olor fuerte a caño, el del pasillo, pues el del cuarto no huele así, y, el departamento es caluroso o nos tocaron los días así, y los ventiladores no funcionan tan bien. No es algo que nosotros nos tomarámos la molestia de decirles, creo que podrían haberlo solcionado porque siempre se portaron bien, pero no lo hicimos, por lo que no considero que esto baje su calificación. Muchas gracias!

Lugar tranquilo de fácil acceso, con estacionamiento en la calle cerca del alojamiento sin problema, seguro. el minidepartamento bien con lo necesario para estancia corta, limpio, agradable. Paulina respondía rápido muy amable y hospitalaria. Volvería

el alojamiento es exactamente igual al anuncio, mostraron mucha flexibilidad para recibirme y la atención de la sra Socorro excelente. el lugar es muy bonito la cama muy cómoda, el único detalle es el sillón un poco incómodo para estar algún tiempo en el. todo muy limpio, realmente vale la pena quedarse en su estancia

The home was amazing with great views of the town. The mornings were peaceful and at night, you can hear all of the sounds and singing coming from the town below. The walk downhill into town is easy and quick, the hike up is steep and confusing the first couple of times. The home has hot water, clean sheets, and fast internet. I would recommend anybody to stay here if they visit. Note: bring ear plugs for sleeping, some nights the dogs were barking all night and some they weren't. Good to have them on hand just in case.

Staying at Mery’s place was great. Everything you need for a couple or a single person is there. It’s super cozy and the view is spectacular. Every morning we were able to sit outside to have coffee and breakfast while watching the morning light change. In the evenings we enjoyed a night cap with the city’s twinking lights. Beware that the incline down to Centro is a little steep. Walking down isn’t bad, but you may want to budget in an Uber or taxi coming back up.

This studio was just perfect for what I needed. My wife and friend had stayed in the larger home that is on the same property. Great for a couple or one person. Not fancy but very practical. Comfortable bed. Nice Bathroom. Excellent Shower. The kitchen area again not fancy but very clean and serves the purpose of A STUDIO! The proximity to the Main Street of Presa makes life easy. Across the street are great coffee cafes. Up a ways are really great restaurants like Citric which I had the best Chilaquiles Rojos of any in Mexico. Across from Citric is Amantxi a Fine Dining steakhouse that is magnificent under the watchful eyes of Chef Domingo Marteniz and his wife. Great and talented staff. A BARGAIN at each of these restaurants for the quality they provide… Back to Christel and her listing. Since we had the privilege of staying there 2x in a short period. We had the full experience of excellent above and beyond communication. The home delivered more than promised.Highest recommendation!

El alojamiento es tal y como se puede observar en las fotos, es cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Mónica fue muy amable en su trato y al recibirme. La única observación que creo es importante a tomar en cuenta es la ubicación, me parece un poco de difícil acceso y tomar en cuenta que hay otros 2 Airbnbs a los costados del inmueble, teniendo una sola entrada para todos.

El lugar es muy bonito, inclusive mejor que las fotos!! Excelente para pasar un rato en familia o con amigos, todo está planeado para que tengas una estancia maravillosa y sin inconvenientes. La comunicación con el host fue rápida, amable y muy atenta. Recomiendo 100%

Excellent service, Erika surpassed assisting us in every way! We stayed in the Villa and it’s super spacious, and really nice. At night there is such a beautiful view to the city. The town is only a 10 min drive and the staff can coordinate rides into town. (Only $5) honestly the town gets pretty loud with the musical festivities so Casa Estrellas location is ideal so you can relax when you’re not in town. Definitely recommend, and would return.

Susan’s place was amazing! It’s a short walk down the hill to Guanajuato’s Centro and a short walk to el Pipila. Susan’s place was beautiful and we felt right at home! Overall, I would recommend it!

A pesar de que la reservación se hizo de último momento, fueron muy amables y atentos. Mi esposa y mi niña quedaron encantadas con el lugar y la vista. Con toda seguridad volveremos a hospedarnos ahí en nuestra próxima visita a Guanajuato.

The instructions were perfect to access the unit, photos were a big help too. It was exactly as the photos showed and a great space. Everything was there, additional blankets, a fan and even heaters! Leonel was extremely responsive for any questions and he provided water for our entire 1 month stay. He also provided cleaning once a week which I have never had in an Airbnb, it was fantastic. Overall it was a great stay, restaurants and shopping are only a 5-7 minute walk, the center square and beautiful park are all do close. Guanajuato was a fun experience and Leonel was a wonderful host, I would highly recommend.
