Can not use car after parking. Must arrive before 3pm and check out at 10am) all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. To benefit family of 4, we had two twin beds will set up for the 3rd and 4th guests to use only. Not fit for light sleepers.

The area is very safe in vicinity of million dollars houses and one block away of boulevard East which offer a great scenic view of Manhattan. The trip to NYC is for 15 to 20 min without traffic. Nearby you have supermarkets restaurants pizzeria coffee shops liquor stores parks.
