Our stay was 10/10 amazing. From the moment we landed we were greeted and provided transportation to the airbnb where we met our amazing host Catherine. She then walked us through and in detail explained each amenity and even provided complimentary items. Everything was very clean and we felt that we were right at home the whole time. Catherine is one of the best hosts we've ever had, she is very responsive and she even walked us to a restaurant on our first night in and she made us feel very safe walking around and showing us nice places to hang out. Her hospitality is unmatched she even brought us to a local place where we sang karaoke and got to know eachother. Overall this was one of the best stays and host we've ever had and highly recommend. Catherine made us feel like family and we absolutely will be returning.

This was a great location and convenient to the parade route, riverwalk, shopping, and restaurants. The host, Jeremy, is very involved with communication, coordination, and ensuring that we had a successful trip The house manager, Chillean, was always accessible and help to provide additional hands-on guidance and referrals We rented the 3rd floor w/ rooftop and a couple rooms on the 2nd floor. Each room had independent air conditioning. The place was very clean w/ private sleeping quarters and a plethora of lounge and hanging spaces. I would definitely refer others and/or utilize this home if we visit Georgetown again!!!

This place is a gem. Quiet, well appointed, homely. It was perfect for my family and I to get the rest we desired in a space built for a family.

Natisha was exceptionally good in responding to my questions and inquiries. The area is very quiet and I felt extremely safe and comfortable. Natisha was so very helpful in getting me access to the unit after I inadvertently locked myself out. And, this was on a Sunday nonetheless. I would absolutely stay here again!
