Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Great neighborhood, very close to the Simpson park, Hyvee and YMCA. This house has a fenced backyard with a grill to enjoy. The Crowe's Nest is near the Missouri Coffee Company, The Sip, Rooted Cowgirl, Extreme Racing, Clifton's and other shopping outlets in downtown Chillicothe. It's on the North end of Chillicothe so if you're going to the fairgrounds it's close and also close to the hospital and both golfing locations. Clean Products

The Lodge at 5J Hunts

This is a brand new Hunting Lodge that was just finished in the fall of 2018. It has a beautiful setting with lots of cedar on the walls. The outside entrance has cedar logs to accent the front. It is surrounded with trees and a quiet space with a long row of Oak Trees down the lane that lead to the lodge. They look great year round. The concrete patio around the outside has a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoor experience. A cedar log fence adds to the atmosphere along with a fire pit.

Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Our cozy cabin is perfect for a get away, hunting and fishing cabin, or a place to stay while visiting family or friends! You will find a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and dishes to prepare a meal. You can enjoy a lazy day reclined back watching TV or visiting in the living room. We offer 2 bedroom 1 queen size private and 1 bunk room with 2 full size and 2 twin size beds. We have a covered patio area, large parking area, and plenty of yard to enjoy! Large open area with couches, plenty of space for children and toys Small kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave This was formerly an office, the kitchen and half bath is small , but it’s all there. All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

Newly remodeled interior (we are still working on the outside!!) two blocks from Walmart and two blocks from Washington Street. Good parking on and off street. Wonderful open floor plan to host a family or just a comfortable place to stay. We are going to be as pet friendly as we can but please let us know if you are bringing pets (type, sizes and number) before booking. We have carpet in the front room and bedrooms. THANKS!
