Land sits where the Nolichucky river and the French Broad river meet. 2 miles off of paved road. accessible by 1/2 mile of gravel road then 1 mile of dirt/grass road leads you to a beautiful view surrounded by peace and quiet. There are many camping spots along the way if you have a group and wish to spread out. All wheel drive is required. 4WD if it has been wet.

This unit is one of three different homes that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three units (all are Airbnb rentals). The home features a kitchenette with hot plate, tons of decking, a grill, and a heck of a view. :)
