The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. You will be staying in a peaceful and cozy barn loft apartment with a private entrance beside the stone house. You can enjoy the flower gardens and birds as you sip a cup of coffee that was roasted on site. Adjacent to the property is the Union Canal Towpath on the Tulpehocken Creek.

Gruber Homestead Settler's Cabin

The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.

The Peaceful Creekside Cabin!

The Creekside Cabin is a small 3 bedroom House at the foothills of Blue Mountain. You can enjoy getting opportunities to see lots of wildlife in the fields surrounding the property. (Especially early mornings and just before dark) This is a quaint old house. It has its creaking noise and "special" designs and layouts. If you enjoy old houses this is just the place for you.

The Schoolhouse

Enjoy staying in a completely renovated, historic one room schoolhouse less than two miles from historic Hamburg. Downstairs features an open space with a full kitchen, private bedroom with a queen bed, living room, dedicated workspace, laundry room and full bathroom. Upstairs features one bedroom with a queen bed along with its own private full bathroom.

Additional Note: Unfortunately, because of the small window of time to turn the house for incoming guests, we cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out (Check-in: 4PM, Check-out: 11AM).
