This unit is comfortable, peaceful, air conditioned & fully self contained. Private entrance with deck, garden. Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. Kitchen has basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

Or if you feel like a stroll, Fremantle is an easy 20 minute walk. A cute wooden cabin with double glazed windows & door, when you close the door the silence is amazing. You will have shared access to a pool and spa (Summer only - pool and spa are not independently heated) as well as a side garden with fire pit.

Freo Limestone studio

The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

It's got personality (and bicycles)! Airy happy vibe in this little self contained house with garden close to all the good things. Beautiful South beach is walkable (20 mins), rideable (<10mins) or 5 mins by car. Supermarket with good deli in walking distance. Cafes and eateries strip starts at South Terrace (by the beach), which leads to Freo. Off street parking, Netflix and Amazon, aircon and so much more...
