About 4 blocks from downtown- walk/bike to Lake Michigan, restaurants, breweries, etc. Short drive to Ludington State Park, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. Home features open floor plan with living room fireplace, modern kitchen, additional family room, three season room, all with great views of the river. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Family room has a queen sofa sleeper. Three season room also has a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests during the spring, summer, and fall. This home is great for a romantic get away, family vacation, or outdoor adventures.

Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan.
