Multiple oceanfront decks. 100 ft granite shoreline, short stroll to nearby sand beaches. Swim, fish, read a book, or watch the sailboats go by! (Not suitable for children/pets/events.)

The Rising Tide Cottage is recently updated and located in a quiet neighborhood on the Connecticut shoreline. Downtown Madison is less than a mile away and home to award-winning restaurants, a movie theater, and many shops. We are 5 houses down from our neighborhood Pent Road Beach and supply complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio watching the tide rise and fall, overlooking a protected wildlife sanctuary at Hammonassett Beach State Park

Unwind at this happy getaway on the river. Extremely comfortable house with amazing views in a peaceful neighborhood. The well-equipped kitchen overlooking the river is a pleasure for any cook. You will love to see our fairy-lit lawn, wishing well, chimenea, and charming décor. Only minutes to beaches, groceries, coffee shops, hiking trails and amazing CT scenery at every turn! The Cove Cabin

An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..

The Barn by the Sound

Spend a weekend in The Barn: a modern designed free-standing building with guest studio apartment above, designed to look like a barn; the studio has views at tree level of a quiet, old neighborhood; one block from Long Island Sound; on a section of the historic old Boston Post Road. There is lots of natural light coming from a large window with a lovely view of a privet hedge on our property overlooking a park like property across the street.

A quintessential New England cottage with views of the water from all rooms. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets, enchanting panorama views. A stone's throw from the beautiful Grass Island state park and boat launch, a waterfront natural preserve, perfect for hiking or communing with nature. The interior underwent a full renovation in 2020 with new appliances and bath fixtures. Original structure preserved. A tranquil, quiet place.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Treasured 1924 Colonial "Sweet Caroline"

"Sweet Caroline" is a charming 4 bedroom shoreline colonial that has been recently renovated to provide an up-to-date feel while maintaining it's 1920's charm. We fell in love with this home last summer while visiting friends and family and decided to make it our home away from home. We have enjoyed her so much that we decided to share her with others seeking similar cozy, New England shoreline, accommodations.
