Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. The Eastside Cottage

You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.

This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
