Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

Wow! We had a truly wonderful weekend at the Log Cabin, we didn't want to leave.. it is the perfect place to relax and recharge with uninterrupted beautiful views, total privacy and peace & quiet. As a family of four with our dog, the cabin suited us perfectly, the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom were a fantastic bonus. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed a lovely walk in the surrounding area. Thank you Andrew, this was the perfect place to spend my birthday weekend!

Great escape from busy life with an amazing location. Was very homely and my children loved it.

The place was peaceful and much bigger than we expected. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake, and we loved every minute. Even though there was a slight issue with an unexpected security deposit once we checked with AirB&B the hosts didn’t try to ask for it in the end anyway and everyone was friendly and left us to our privacy. This place is absolutely lovely, we stayed here for 1 night at the secluded retreat cabin at Jo’s place for my boyfriend’s birthday get away. Jo is super friendly and always responds right away! The cabin has got lovely decor, really clean and the bed is so so comfy! The best night sleep I’ve had in a long time, lovely firm mattress and a warm heavy duvet! Hot tub was lovely, so warm when heated by the long burner! A projector used to watch tv and can log into all your apps like Netflix and prime tv, was so relaxing. All round this get away was exactly what I was looking for and we will definitely be back! Thank you again Jo.

we had a lovely stay at the Hive . Beds were the comfortablist we've ever slept in. very easy to check in. very clean and cosy. The grandkids love the hot tub and the selection of games. would definitely recommend to others. 5 star all round. Tina

We are a family of 5 with a dog and had a wonderful stay over the early May bank holiday weekend. We have been to Dungeness a few times and stayed in the area so are quite familiar. Adam’s property was the best we have stayed at - very well decorated, 4 good bedrooms, nice lounge and seating areas, beautiful and peaceful garden with really nice views, nice bathroom. The property is very well located - close to the beach, close to the Britannia Inn, close to the Snack Shack (excellent food), v close to the narrow gauge railway (v good!), a decent walk to the Pilot Inn. The area and house is very peaceful and we slept very well. The skyscrape is wonderful - whether star gazing, sunrise or sunsets…I am not an artist but the light here is amazing! The beds are super comfortable. We all enjoyed sitting peacefully in the garden watching the world (and birds) go by. Adam was a great host. Great communication, great instructions and was very kind to leave some goodies for us! Thank you, Adam!

I recently stayed at this awesome wood cabin and had such a great time. The location is super peaceful, perfect for getting away from everything. The owners were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy and had all the basics for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay!

Wow! What a place. Easily in the top two places we have ever stayed. It was so clean everything looked brand new. The garden was amazing, for our shy Border Collie it was heaven for me. The bed was comfortable with high quality linen and brilliant black out blinds for a good nights sleep. Loved the decor of the home and all the little extras. Will defiantly be back again.

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.

We had a fab stay at Georgina’s cabin. It’s super cosy and the amenities are ideal. The setting is really peaceful and there’s so much to do on site. Georgina was super helpful ahead of our stay and during. We would definitely be up for staying again! It was the perfect home away from home, with the loveliest details and great facilities.

The Surf Shack is a fantastic place to stay for a few days! The space was really well thought out and each area felt distinct despite being the same room. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved using their guide to local shops and restaurants! Many thanks! We will be back :)

We had a wonderful couple of days stay, at Lucinda beautiful rural get away. We booked this as my husband had some golf lessons at the nearby golf course. The Kennel’s is a really amazing place. Beautiful peaceful views. I went for a walk and found a bluebell woods in the field, the kennel’s overlook. The accommodation is very clean, cosy and I just loved, the all in one cabin style. It has all the amenities you need. I would definitely recommend. Many thanks Leigh

Staying at Barrel of Laughs was an absolute pleasure. It was located very near many of the things we wanted to do in the area and the place itself is very private and not overlooked. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. And being able to use the BBQ for some meat we bought at a local farm shop was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Peaceful little haven, excellent for walking the Downs near Lewes. Woke up to bird song and natural light each day. The cabin is carefully laid out to make good use of the space, has thoughtful materials like reclaimed wood, and a very comfy bed. Would come back any time!

Beautiful place to stay, extremely well kitted out and felt right at home. The surroundings are very peaceful and we enjoyed a lovely walk across fields to the local pub. Would highly recommend, Gary and Shona are great hosts and have clearly thought of everything - communication was always really quick too. We hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful few days stay at Sally and Gavin's at The Club House. The accomodation is brilliant, a perfect quiet getaway spot for a break away from things. The Club House is exactly what you see in the photos and had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped so we were able to make ourselves some nice meals. The tennis court is great, such a bonus to be able to get out and play on the doorstep. We had some trips around the area so we got to see the beautiful landscape of the High Weald as well as the historic town of Battle which is only 10 minutes away by car. If you are feeling adventurous then there are footpaths and bridleways around the area including through Brightling Park. Sally is the perfect host, everything was prepared for us when we arrived including some lovely touches like home baked brownies and fresh eggs from their chickens, and throughout our stay she was helpful and thoughtful. We would absolutely recommend a stay!

We had a lovely stay, very easy going. The accommodation was perfect for us (2 kids below 12 ). We visited Canterbury, Dover castle, Leeds castle and sissinghurst castle. All in 30 min drive or so.

Le logement est bien situé l’intérieur du villages de vacances, en bordure de la nature et de nombreux animaux: brebis, goélands, lapins. Le logement est irréprochable et propre et la prestation comparable à un hôtel. La proximité des petits lapins a enchanté les enfants. Merci Ross pour ce beau séjour!
