Puuepa is the site of the ancient Mo'okini Heiau (temple) whose origins date back 1,500 years ago to the first human migration from the Marquesas. They are our friends because they eat the bugs, which we sometimes have. Awesome ocean and sunset views. During Humpback Whale Season (Dec-Apr) you can sometimes hear the whales sing and flapping their tails.
