Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Come by ferry, water taxi ( not jet ski) by to our car-free island. Curl up with a book, bushwalk, birdwatch, throw in a line or stroll down to the cafe for coffee. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages.
