Had a great stay! The space matched the listing perfectly, with smooth check-in and a responsive host. The amenities were excellent - especially the quiet gym and the club room, which was perfect for getting work done. Would definitely return if I need to be near downtown again.

Melisa was a great host! She was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. The house has been modernized with new appliances, and a very comfortable bed! If wanting to stay in North Austin, I highly recommend staying here. Good wifi, quite at night, parking on site.

We loved our stay in Austin! Our host, Joey, was wonderful and extremely accommodating! The apartment is clean, very pretty, and has lots of natural light (the pictures on the website are very accurate). The location is great, with restaurants/bars (Stubb's is right next door and the BBQ was delicious!) and a coffee shop (Jo's) nearby within walking distance. There are hills in the area if anyone has walking restrictions. Uber was easy for groceries, Austin City Live at the Moody Center, and all the fun area sites, restaurants, and bars. Amazing stay! I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautiful location which is right next to ladybird lake and easy to walk to downtown. I personally loved the balcony as it has a great view and lots of wildlife to look at. It’s a great walking spot. It also has a pool area which we loved. I don’t have any negative things to say at all. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where is best to park and even let us check in one hour early! Thankyou 😌

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Austin! The location was perfect — just steps away from Congress Avenue and all the best shopping, restaurants, and trendy spots. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was easy to walk everywhere, and the area felt very safe and lively. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

Shruti’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with a great view. The facilities in the apartment block were also great to have and use. Only a 2 minute walk from Rainey street so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful condo with a fantastic rooftop pool and stunning city views. The location was perfect for Rainey Street and the trail, and Vivian & Ryan were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Overall excellent. We had an issue checking in late at night, mostly our fault. The instructions from the owner did not contain the building access code because it was buried in the details from AirBnb. Also, the sofa is not acceptable as a bedding option for a 3rd person. Again, mostly our fault, but perhaps the owner should discourage 3 people.

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

Beautiful space in South Congress, a hip area with lots of shopping, food options, and an Equinox gym right nearby. The complex the unit is in is a little tricky to find through a parking lot, so definitely read the hosts instructions, which are really helpful.

I’ve stayed at this property many times and it’s always a fantastic experience. I almost don’t want to share how great it is because then it’ll get booked up and I won’t be able to snag it! Maelia is a wonderful host, and the whole team is consistently top-notch. Always love my stays here — highly recommend!

Even with a checkin snafu — which the hosts worked hard to rectify — this was a wonderful, bright condo to stay during SxSW. Clean, modern, great views, good amenities. Would stay again.

Had an amazing stay at Lauren and Chad’s place. It was clean and just as described. The neighborhood was safe and fairly close to 6th st in downtown. Highly recommend!

Came here for a friend’s bachelor party and it was perfect. House fit 12 of us comfortably and was exactly like the listing. Recommend this location to all!

We really enjoyed staying at Matthew’s place. Matthew was a great host and provided plenty of information on the area for food and things to do.

We had an issue with the shower in the bathroom, but once Maggie responded, she was very helpful with providing numerous ways to assist while she was out of town. The backyard is fabulous for pups! Great little spot for a quick trip to Austin!

Amazing spot. Walkable to a bunch of Austin and very easy to access any ride share options to other parts and the airport. Very, very quiet (although close to a middle school it wasn’t disruptive at all during any hour of the day). House itself is beautiful with plenty of space and backyard are. 10/10 experience.

We had a great stay! Very spacious and looked the same as all the photos. My only comment would be some more glassware. There was aluminum cups for drinks for outside but would have preferred some glass for wine etc indoors. But that’s a very minor! I would 100% stay here again! Kids loved the pool.
