Wohnungen als Ferienunterkünfte in Helsinki

Nous sommes restés une semaine, à 4 (2 adultes 2 enfants). Les espaces étaient agréables à vivre et l'appartement est très lumineux, à 10-15 minutes d'à peu près tout. Nickel pour explorer la ville tout en dormant au calme.

Pieni moderni kaksio. Erinomainen sijainti, hyvät ruokakaupat lähellä, rautatieasema. Kaikki toimi hyvin, erittäin hyvä suihku. Isohko hissi. Parkkipaikka hieman isommalle autolle turhan ahdas. Muista huoneistoista ei kuulunut mitään ääniä.

The apartment is not only pleasant but also quiet and peaceful. It is situated in a well-maintained and clean residential complex, overlooking a green inner courtyard with flower beds. The neighborhood is lovely, featuring beautiful buildings and parks. Just a minute away, you’ll find a grocery store, as well as tram and bus stops with excellent public transport connections. Most importantly, Eino is a friendly and accommodating host.

We enjoyed our staying at Anza's place. It is cozy and has its own atmosphere. The location is great, 5 min to the beach, and a few hiking trails are nearby.

Kaikin puolin oppikirjan mukainen kokemus. Tosi kodikas ja miellyttävä asunto jossa tosi hyvät sängyt ja ihanalta tuoksuvat petivaatteet. Sijainti todella rauhallinen eikä yöllä kuulunut pihahdustakaan mistään. Bussipysäkki heti talon vieressä joten Helsingin keskustaan hyvät yhteydet. Ilmainen pysäköinti iso plussa autoilevalle majoittujalle. Kati majoittajana aivan parasta A-ryhmää, eli nopeat vastaukset kysymyksiin sekä miellyttävä yhteydenpito hyödyllisine ohjeineen. Suosittelen ehdottomasti muillekin, ja aion muistaa tämän majoituksen jatkossakin. Kiitos Kati! ☺️

Minulla oli Erittäin mukava oleskelu Lauran asunnossa, puhdas hiljainen ja turvallinen tila, jossa on kaikki tarvitsemaasi mukavuudet.. Erittäin viihtyisä huoneisto, lähellä kaikkea. Korttelin päässä Kamppi ostoskeskuksesta. Laura on erittäin hyvää majoittaja. Tulisin ehdottomasti takaisin. Suositelleen 100%

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und toll, Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür sowie Metro. Gute Lage, Zentrum auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 25 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr nette persönliche Schlüsselübergabe mit Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen.

Die Wohnung von Katja war perfekt. Sehr hell und sehr groß. Der Balkon hat eigene Fenster, sodass man geschützt und gemütlich sitzen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (z.B. Fön, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Gewürze, Kaffeezubehör....). Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt vor dem Haus fährt die Straßenbahn 9T ca. alle 15 min in die Innenstadt. Ca. 5 min entfernt ist ein gut sortierter Lidl Supermarkt, der 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet hat. Tolle Wohnung. Gerne wieder!

Kiva ja tilava yksiö hyvällä sijainnilla julkisten kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Asunto oli siisti ja tilavampi kuin kuvien perusteella olisi ajatellut. Janin vastasi nopeasti viesteihin! Suosittelen! 😃

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Jyri est très accueillant et sympathique. Le logement est cosy avec une cuisine équipée. Le quartier est paisible, avec un arrêt de tram à proximité ce qui est très pratique pour aller au centre ville.

My husband and I are very pleased with this Airbnb, the friendly service, nice decor, perfect location, public transportation to any place is just a step away, it has parking and its own sauna! The building has an elevator so it was easy for us to move around with our baby's stroller.

Lovely apartment in walking distance of all that Helsinki has to offer. Good public transport links. Apartment was v clean, light and had everything we needed for our short break. Pauliina was very responsive and flexible with the check in time. Would definitely recommend.

Es un gran apartamento, bien acondicionado y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una buena estancia a media hora a pie y en tren del centro de Helsinki. La ducha es alucinante. El anfitrión responde rápido y bien, ofreciendo su ayuda en todo momento y prestándola cuando es necesario. Totalmente recomendable.

Fantastic location near everything and really “home away from home” feeling. Johanna welcomed us personally, there were toys for our boys, high chair, travel bed and super cute little kids plates for them to eat. On top there was even an Easter flower on the table! :) everything worked perfectly in the apartment and we were super grateful to have an earlier check in and later check out to accommodate kids naps. This made a huge positive difference to our arrival and departure days. Thank you for the great Waster holiday experience, we’d be happy to return!

Wonderful stay as described, jacuzzi, sauna, huge beautiful enclosed warm patio and the full moon views were our highlights. Walking distance to ferry to Tallinn. Very modern spacious kitchen and having two bathrooms was great for our family. Ilkka was very friendly and very easy to communicate. He send clear instructions that were easy to follow. Definitely recommend!

Het appartement van Pekka voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Het is ruim en op loopafstand van het centrum. Dichtbij restaurants en andere voorzieningen. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en is daarom een fijne plek om af te koppelen na een dag vol activiteiten. De openbaar vervoervoorzieningen zijn prima, maar veel bezienswaardigheden en restaurants zijn prima te voet bereikbaar. Het verblijf bij Pekka was een waardevolle toevoeging aan ons prettige verblijf in Helsinki.

Todella kodikas ja viihtyisä majapaikka kauniin luonnon keskellä. Vaikka asunto on isäntäväen talon yhteydessä, olo oli kuin omassa mökissä. Paikka oli erittäin rauhallinen. Aamukahvin saanti oli turvattu talon puolesta ja pikku keittiötilassa oli hyvät ruuanlaittomahdollisuudet. Majoittajat superystävällisiä!

Kommunikointi sujui erinomaisesti ja huoneisto oli kuvausten mukainen. Erityisen hieno kylpyhuone 🙂

We had a comfortable 3 night stay and loved the hot tub in particular. The flat is very well located for transport and shopping and we hope to stay here again. Accessibility: my son uses a pediatric wheelchair so larger devices may have a different experience. There is a ramp to the main entrance of the building and then you can walk over to the <B> elevator to get to the flat. The entrance might be narrow for wider chairs. There is no barrier/step into the main bathroom and no steps in the flat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this wonderfully decorated historic home. We enjoyed the market across the street and the easy tram ride to everything. The hosts provided great suggestions and communication could not have been better. We hope to come back someday!
