Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

This bungalow is located one mile from downtown Guthrie, where guests can enjoy shops, the Pollard Theater, and restaurants. As you pull into the driveway of our little farm, you won’t believe you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City and less than 10 minutes from Edmond. You may encounter deer, turkeys, road runners and much more. Enjoy the lonesome howl of distant coyotes in the evening as you step outside this old waycar.
