From the Time I booked the Air Bnb to the morning of checkout, Brandi was a Phenomenal host. She was always responsive and went out of her way even when I needed last minute changes with my booking. The Space is clean and offered the perfect amount of amenities. Me and my partner did the shared space option and was fortunate to hang out with Brandi on our last night. The sweetest and most down to earth person you will ever meet. I will definitely be back!

Great location in downtown Richmond. The space was clean and furnished well. Be mindful that the unit is in an older building with other residents so you may experience some sounds (not that loud) and smells from people moving around, cooking or smoking. It did not bother us but if you are sensitive to apartment sounds and smells take that into account before booking. Also, free parking was available, but the garage is not connected to the building. Lastly, Eugene was a responsive and friendly host. If I find myself in the area again, I would rebook this place!!

Eugene’s place was amazing! Perfect for our small girl group & very close proximity to every event we attended!! He was very responsive , instructions were clear, and the property felt very homey ! The projector and popcorn machine was definitely a plus. We definitely plan on booking again for our next stay in richmond !!

We loved our stay! It was so fun to come in and find the table all set with place mats and lovely dishes. We enjoyed live music down the street at the Tobacco Company, a long walk along the canal and even took the little canal boat tour for only $15.

The spot was a little smaller than expected but still an amazing place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. Had a little hiccup at check in waiting for the unit to be cleaned but Eugene was very proactive and let us know ahead of time that it would take a little longer than expected. Loved the projector and the Kitchen. Look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

Urban Escape was a very hospitable host. The communication was on point. We had an issue with an appliance and the host asked us if everyone was okay before asking other questions. The property was great. When asked if we could extend our stay, they promptly got back to us and were accomodating. We would definitely recommend them and the property.

I booked this house for a month during the month of March. Not many people can appreciate the older farmhouse secluded lifestyle. Its simple, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for what I was looking for. The property owners were responsive and kind. I would book this home again in the future.

This is the third time we've stayed in Kim's home so it feels like home away from home. The home is well-appointed and spacious but cozy. The location is very convenient for us and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Kim is a very gracious and responsive host. We plan on staying again when we travel to the Petersburg area.

I travel to Fort Gregg-Adams regularly, and when I'm alone I prefer a hotel(single female), but for the last 2 years I've traveled with teammates, and Airbnb just makes $en$e. Kingdom's property is EXACTLY what suits us. Comfortable beds, clean space, screened porch, well appointed and cozy. From the home theater, billiards, darts, corn hole and more, we definitely enjoyed our downtime! The office space and wifi provided all we needed to get some work done each morning before heading to the base. The house had EVERY conceivable comfort. Seriously, pack your toothbrush and go! So much space. The house is just FUN. Having stayed in 5 Airbnbs in Petersburg, this is my fave, so I sure hope Kingdom will host us again soon!

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

This was place was amazing to stay at! The house was as pictured, plenty of room/beds for our friend group, and awesome backyard with a pickleball court that’s in great condition! Frank was really responsive and such a nice host. There was even a box of donuts waiting for us as we checked in which were so delicious! (Thanks Frank!) The only thing I’d say could have been improved is that the outside grill area was not very clean (broken glass bottles, multiple dead lighters, rust build up on the grill cover, etc.) but everywhere else in the backyard was nice and tidy. Also, it’s entirely alley/street parking which got a little rough with needing to park a few cars from our group. Overall this place is definitely worth it!! And it was so close to everything we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this place to any big group wanting to experience the Richmond area.

Close to Swim RVA and the soccer fields. much more convenient than staying on Midlothian Turnpike...and no traffic! Everyone had their own bed, and it's so nice for the adults to be able to stay up when the swimmers are early to bed early to rise. The place was clean, and we look forward to staying there again!

The hosts were fantastic and welcoming!! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house is stunningly gorgeous and spotlessly clean. They provided us with lots of towels and bath cloths. Everything was easy to locate. If you're visiting the mechanicsville, Virginia area, I highly recommend making this your vacation spot.
