The base price accommodates up to three people. Get-togethers and parties are not allowed. While there is no cleaning fee, we appreciate your effort to maintain tidiness.

Small, peaceful guesthouse to call home away from home. It has a full size sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, small kitchen area with air fryer, fridge and microwave. (No Stove). 42” television and wifi. The guesthouse is about 30 yards or more into my backyard. The community is quiet and peaceful. Parking is available on the street.
