The place was amazing, but the checkin and checkout instructions were not given to me ahead of time. The staff was very sweet and helpful. We didn’t have enough hot water the first night, but they fixed it for the next day. The pricing was not what I expected.

The stay was amazing, when we had an issue it was addressed by both Courtney and the Staff. The amenities that were included added that perfect fusion to make us feel at home.

Great stay with my Wife & 2 boys. The area is a fun place to hangout, lots of shops and things to do. Very clean. Owner also responded very fast. Would definitely stay again next time I come to Atlanta!

For my very first time in Atlanta I am glad that ai chose this specific listing. Jarrett was very responsive and showed GREAT hospitality before I arrived to when I was leaving. I 100% recommend this place for any first timers. I will DEFINITELY be returning to Atlanta and booking Jarretts place again!!

This was an absolutely amazing get away in a wonderful area. I will recommend everyone I know to book with this host. Whenever we were lost he was able to give instructions with no concerns. Definitely will book again!

Pros: * Very close to Georgia Tech & downtown sights. Walkable. * Easy check-in process. Responsive host. Note that the stay requires installation of a phone app to access home. * Spacious 3 floor townhouse that you have to yourself (Basement: garage & den; Street level: front door, living room, kitchen, half bath; Second floor: 2 bedrooms each with attached full bath). * Clean with plenty of bedding, linens, towels. * All furniture, fully equipped kitchen that one needs for a short or extended stay, coffee pods, sugar, creamer & some snacks/water provided. * Good WiFi. Cons: * Furniture & decor a bit dated, so not to everyone’s taste. * Smaller bedroom toilet flush can be quirky & took away from the otherwise great experience. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

What a wonderful stay we had 4 Levels!! The house is located on a quiet street not far from Atlanta’s attractions! Plenty to do within the area! The house has comfortable beds and plenty of space. We enjoyed starting the day in the home gym before going out into the town. Plenty of hot water for the showers! If you have a small dog just be aware that there are some large gaps in the outdoor fence but we were able to make it work!! Would definitely stay here again and my kids are already asking me to book it for our next vacation!! Thanks for everything!!

Covington is a nice family friendly area. The location of the house is near downtown Covington and it is such a cute family friendly area. The house is secluded. The place is setup perfectly. It’s not just a place to lay your head. You have room to hangout and be with family and friends. The owner is friendly and responsive.

Our stay at Gary's property was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how accurately the photos matched the actual space. The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The communication was good, considering it was during the busy Christmas week leading into New Year's, but the host was still responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We were a family of 10, and there was more than enough space for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing and very comfortable. Location of where the rental is feels very safe, if anyone was traveling to Georgia I would definitely recommend this airbnb for great nights stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with Peter, and the place was as advertised! The location was peaceful and quiet so we could relax all we want. We really like the instructions to help us out with working out some of the amenities. I would recommend this place for sure and will hopefully book it on our next atlanta trip!

Tyquan and Ivy were 100% the best hosts I've worked with! So accomodating and everything was handle in matter for minutes and they're very attention to details and making sure we had a stellar experience during our stay. I can't recommend them enough, and the property looked better than the photos as well

David's place was beautiful and just as pictured. We felt secure in the place and felt comfortable. The house was clean and every room was beautifully decorated. You will enjoy your stay.
