This home is located in a quiet area. Very spacious. We were comfortable in the home and able to maintain a family atmosphere. A bottle of wine was our arrival gift(nice touch). Plenty of towels. Host was easy to reach the entire time. The home is within 8 mins of shopping. I would love to be able to return here on a future vacation

Second Stay❤️ This was my 2nd stay and it was just as great as the first. Everything is clean and it looks "exactly" like the 📸 Photo's. Communication Is Always Up To Par Owner's Are Very Responsive❤️ It Has More Than Enough Space For Family . Very Quiet and Peaceful Neighborhood You Won't Be Disappointed. #my favorite Airbnb Spot❤️

Cookie is an amazing host that goes above and beyond for her guests! She was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and even provided us with stuff we forgot! I would definitely be staying with her again! Property and room,entire home is as beautiful as it gets! Lots of cool decorating and wonderful hospitality and loved her pets. No issues on Cookies end,however the other guest that was here was very hostile to the point Cookie took all measurements to ensure our safety and law enforcement was contacted! So if you see a negative review around the same time you are reading this,it is definitely FALSE as I witnessed this event with my daughter and also gave my statement to Airbnb and the local PD. If you don’t book with Cookie it’s your loss lol

The perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the fire pit. We would love to stay here again.

Walking distance to The Battery, minutes by driving to everywhere else inside the perimeter and quiet, peaceful & tastefully appointed. The hosts are communicative, everything is exactly as described and made for a blissful weekend. You really can't do better.

It was an amazing stay with David! The location was beautiful, peaceful, & welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. It was a perfect distance to Newnan & Peachtree City, far enough yet close enough. It truly was a perfect spot. David was flexible with our check out time, which we greatly appreciated! We met David and his wife while they were out feeding the ducks at the pond, they are the sweetest folks!! We are already looking to book again for our next visit to Georgia.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

I had a wonderful time at Anthony and Kendra’s cottage. The tranquil location was ideal, and I loved spending mornings on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the sounds of birds and wildlife. The spacious and beautifully decorated cottage had all the amenities I required. When I return to visit family in the area, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The Airbnb was spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips. The location was perfect for our family trip, close to Atlanta and its most popular tourist attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay. The house was exceptionally clean and was just as described. It was a quiet and a beautiful location. We enjoyed the area of High Falls State Park, also great hiking trails at High Falls and Indian Springs. Mark and Melissa are great hosts and provided really helpful information. If we are back in the area we would hope to stay again.

Only 15 minutes to the Fairburn Renaissance Festival, best place to stay for all adventures in the Peachtree City, Fairburn, Tyrone, Senoia, Newnan, Griffin area!

My family and I stayed here and we loved it. The host, Maseyree, was very responsive and helpful while we stayed. Place was cleaned and everyone kept to themselves, very easy to find and parking is easy to find as well !
