The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in front of the wood burning stove, laying in bed or luxuriating in the gorgeous feature bath, there is a stunning view to be seen from every window. If you are lucky you may see an otter or mink swim by.

Located near the centre of the village with free on street parking nearby. I love vintage decor so the cottage is decorated in this style in keeping with its age and character. Modern minimalism isn’t my style!

Stag Cottage (built C1580) is a beautiful, quaint, historic Grade II Listed building hidden away in the ancient, hilltop Pennine village of Heptonstall. Stag Cottage oozes charm and retains many original features, including stone mullioned windows, arched lintels, wooden beams and a king post truss with wattle and daub infill. A low 4ft 6'' beam separates the kitchen from the living area. The Cottage sleeps 3 people comfortably; a double bedroom with king-size bed and also a single bedroom.

Calderside Cottage is a 10 min walk from the centre of Hebden Bridge with street parking outside. Hot Tub hire is an optional extra (3 night min stay only at an additional cost of £250+ £25 extra days) Facilities include 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, open spacious kitchen/living room. We have a small garden at the front & brand new heated patio area at the back with pizza oven and bbq. We are within walking distance of the national trust Hardcastle Crags.
