Mark's house in Southbroom has a lovely style and personal touch that makes it feel very welcoming. It's clear a lot of love went into the decorating, and we had a wonderful stay. Southbroom is a beautiful town, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This home is so utterly beautiful, we didn't want to leave, extremely beautiful and such a lovely feeling about it. The furnishings and details in every corner you look kept us inspired and very happy to be there. Well stocked with everything your heart could desire. We will be back very soon! The staff were great, absolutely everything was just beyond all expectations. Thank you for sharing your beautiful special space with us.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had such a wonderful stay at this spacious, private and comfortable flat! Marianne was fantastic—communication was excellent, and she was so friendly, making us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we could not have asked for a better host - Marianne is an absolute delight! The flat itself was absolutely spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed—it truly felt like a "home from home." Marianne gave us access to her secure garage for our vehicle, we had access to Netflix, WiFi, outside sun lounger and dining/braai area. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach, a local restaurant and pub. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Marianne for such a lovely time!

We had the most magnificent stay in Bev and Phil's place - everything was amazing! It is impossible to put that view into words - and to wake up to it every morning was just unreal. I had to pinch myself every day to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Everyone in the family had the best time - the kids, the grandparents, and the pups included! Thank you Bev for being so welcoming, and just so lovely to deal with. You made our stay even more special. We can't wait to come back.

really alot more than bargained for, could hear the oceans from my bed, clean and has everything you need, even a washing machine. really going there again

Beautiful Easter 2025 spent with family @ a Gorgeous place❣️ .. the seaview was definitely the highlight and extremely breathtaking .. those gorgeous sounds of the waves🌊.My family totally loved the ambiance and serene atmosphere. Lance was a SuperHost💯 and he provided excellent and friendly service throughout Our stay. This place is Home away from Home. Rooms are xtra spacious with air cons which makes it ideal for those humid nights. ii would reccomend LANCE'S PLACE in a heartbeat for ur next beach holiday Vacation .. ii wud Most Defintely Be Back Soon❣️

There is not enough words to say how much we loved this home. We have never before changed our tradition as a family and this was our first time, but we found our new holiday tradition when we found this home. The view and the balcony took our breaths away, never felt more relaxed and at home..Margate itself was a bit of a let down, so would recommend beaches around like uvongo or shelley beach.. this is our new home for holidays

A Stay to Remember – Truly Magical! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible holiday home last week, renting out the main house along with the two charming cottages. From the moment we made our initial enquiry on Airbnb, we were blown away by the professionalism and high level of service. With so much online fraud these days, we were understandably nervous about booking and paying online, but their clear and secure registration and payment protocols immediately put us at ease. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our wonderful hostess, Louise. From the first interaction, she made us feel completely comfortable — she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Affectionately known as “The Old Dame,” is nothing short of magical. You can feel all the love and personality in every detail. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. Home is where the heart is, and this home has plenty of heart. Until next time. xxx

Highly recommend!! Will be returning. Beautiful property, the photos don’t do it justice. Close walk to the mashie course and the beach. The estate is safe and walkable although the mode of transport used by residents is a golf cart, which needs to be rented and not included with the property. Cleaning is also not included but we just booked the cleaning service as we needed

Our family of five had an amazing stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The unit was close to shopping centers for convenience and just a short walk from the beach. It was the ideal base for a family holiday. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

This place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Very spacious inside with stunning full seaview together with a huge balcony where you can sit and dine whilst feeling the sea breeze. I will go back again anytime and the host is very friendly and helpful. Wow
