Ferienunterkünfte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in Hiboun

Heel aangenaam verblijf van 2 maanden, voelde mij vanaf dag 1 direct thuis. Er was alles aanwezig. Vriendelijke ouders van Adel wonen naast het huis en je kan er terecht met een vraag, zeer behulpzaam. Deze lokatie is echt een aanrader. Van hieruit kan je verschillende plaatsen bezoeken en een taxi is niet duur. Vele restaurants in de omgeving en je kan er heel mooie wandelingen maken. Ik kom zeker en vast nog eens terug.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and helpful. And the view—absolutely breathtaking! I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back

كانت إقامة ممتازة الشقة جديدة ونظيفة للغاية وفي مكان هادئ وآمن كما ان الاخ محمد متعاون جداً وسمح لي بالخروج المتأخر من الشقة نظراً لظرفي الشخصي إقامة تستحق التكرار ، شكراً مرة أخرى

Nous avons passé une bon sejour en famille, le logement est central, proche du centre ville, de la gare, et de la vielle ville.... Nous recommandons.

Magnifique appartement offrant une vue splendide, et d'une propreté impeccable. Monsieur Hechmi nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec sa personnalité charmante et amicale. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Das Apartment mit riesiger Terrasse bot einen unbeschreiblich herrlichen Ausblick auf das offene Meer und der Stadt, den wir jeden Tag aufs Neue genießen konnten - ein wahrhaft unbezahlbarer Start in den Tag. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche fanden wir alle benötigten Utensilien vor. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Alle Anfragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir hatten uns spontan entschieden unseren Aufenthalt um einen Tag zu verlängern, hier verlief die Kommunikation auch tadellos. Ein absolutes Highlight war die unmittelbarer Nähe zum traumhaften Strand - man musste wirklich nur die Straße überqueren und war in einer Minute am schönen Sandstrand! Wer jeden Morgen seinen Tag mit dem beruhigenden Rauschen des Meeres und einem unvergesslichen Ausblick genießen möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. We have just had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is a beautiful apartment with so much space. It looks exactly like the pictures. A bit of a trek up and down the stairs to get to it, especially with big suitcases. But the apartment makes up for it when you stay there

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très spacieuse et agréable à de pas de la plage … Villa entièrement meublée avec soins, piscine entretenu tous les jours il ne manque rien pour passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Ramzi pour ça gentillesse et toujours disponible je recommande

Un appartement agréable et bien situé proche de la plage et à distance à pieds de la médina. Erkan est un hôte agréable et a l’écoute. L’appartement est bien aménagé mais attention à la sortie de douche car le sol est glissant. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour. Le quartier est tranquille et le lieu est au calme.

Le logement est spacieux et propre. Il est bien équipé et agréable La propriétaire est a l’écoute et réactive. L’environnement est calme. Nous avons passée un bon séjours, Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y retournerons probablement.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Très agréable appartement dans ce petit immeuble familial, parfaitement situé pour de belles balades sur le front de mer. La literie est top (je veux la même !). Le lieu est paisible. La communication avec Wided est simple, précise, et utile. La famille est très serviable et aux petits soins pour que votre expérience soit la meilleure possible.

Logement impecable de haut standing avec tous les équipements. Facile d'accès, l'accueil a été chaleureux et notre autre est toujours disponible et très réactif. Tres bonne expérience. Résidence avec piscine et tous les services. Domage que le mall n'était paw encore ouvert.

Très bel appartement, tout était parfait. La plage en face est superbe, beaucoup de poissons surtout le matin, c’était un plaisir de passer nos vacances ici.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

je viens de passer une semaine dans la résidence chez Sahbi avec mes enfants L'accueil est top ,Sahbi et sa maman m'ont très bien accueilli L'appartement est top et très bien équipé Climatisation de partout , appartement design , WiFI performant ,tout ce dont vous avez besoin Sahbi y a pensé la résidence est très belle avec plusieurs piscines à disponibilité Allez y sans risque si ce n'est celui de passer un agréable séjour avec un hôte joignable et accessible et qui vous trouvera toujours l'information dont vous avez besoin J'y retournerai très vite .....

Wspaniałą komunikacja z właścicielem. Mieszkanie przepiękne, czyste i wszystko co najpotrzebniejsze to było na miejscu ( to ogromny plus ) To na pewno nie mój ostatni pobyt w tym miejscu, bo jestem bardzo zadowolona

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Nadhem. Bien que n'étant pas central, il est très facile d'accéder au centre ville en taxi pour moins d'1,5 dinars. Nadhem a eu la gentillesse de venir me chercher à la gare, il m'a donné quelques points de repères dans la ville puis m'a déposé à l'appartement en s'assurant que je ne manque de rien. J'ai trouvé à disposition : fruits, eau fraîche, serviettes, brosse à dents,... L'appartement est vraiment agréable, confortable et luxueux, fidèle aux photos. C'était un plaisir d'y résider.
