I love my stay at the house it was spacious nice backyard The Host accommodated me and my family amazingly. I have no complaints I would definitely book this house again.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The photos represented the actual house very well. Everything in the house was neat and clean as well. Nikki was very responsive to any questions we had and worked to accommodate us as much as possible. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Stayed while taking the little guy to Polar Express. Had a great long weekend and was an easy 25 min to the train. Coldest night of the year and loved it. Would recommend arriving during the day but we managed at night. Looking forward to visiting again in warmer months.

Wonderful place to stay! Thomas was helpful and responsive. The home was clean and cozy, with nice privacy for being so close to the city. Nice little touches included labeled light switches, waffle bar (we didn’t use, but it looked great!), game cabinet, comfortable beds, and good water pressure in shower. Would stay again and recommended to anyone, especially families (that bedroom off the master area was so nice for a kids space!)

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

Perfect place for two people that that are mobile. An almost brand new unit that has all of the latest conveniences. The bed is supper comfortable. The rental unit is located above a two car garage that is very quiet for a wonderful green way is located directly behind the rental. In the Belmont section of Charlotte within an easy walk to the blue line that quickly gets one downtown or north to No Da.

We had a wonderful time, and the convenience of being just a short walk away from the LYNX and Optimist Hall made our stay even more enjoyable. A beautiful stay with a fantastic host. It was so clean and everything was laid out so nice. The host gave great recommendations for local dining, shopping, etc. The attention to detail was so inviting. The only downside was how easy it was to hear the people above us.

Nicest host and cutest space, would’ve happily paid twice the price.

Fully equipped place, excellent location, and very easy communication with hosts. Perfect for a long weekend.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

The name says it all… Delilah’s Retreat and this just what it is. It made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped inside. It’s impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything is supplied with exception of food. I would definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you James for offering such a lovely place.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

I loved it. Very artistic and eclectic. Great collectible decor that was unique and stimulating to me. Not the most feminine place but my wife enjoyed it too.

It's a nice place for a couple to stay for a few days. If NoDa/Optimist Park are the areas you want to stay, then this place is a very good location. The apartment is an end-unit, so it feels more private and secluded - which is good. The sleeping arrangements are a bit odd if it's more than just a couple. It's probably fine for a couple with young kids who don't mind sharing the room with their parents. Overall, a nice place in a good location.
