Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.

With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Positioned off the back of our 17th century farmhouse, our annexe is a short distance from the beautiful Chichester harbour and just a few miles from East and West Wittering beaches, and Goodwood Estate. The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Parking for two cars. Bikes and watersports kit can be stored in our stable.
