The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

L B is a busy market town 2 miles away with numerous amenities. Please note this property is accessed via a flight of stairs and not suitable for infants.

The Stables , Manor Farm is situated on our family run arable farm in a small rural village on the borders of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The cottage is let as self-catering and contains three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, and TVs. The master bedroom has a large king size bed that splits into two full sized single beds if needed. Also further double bedded room and a twin bedded room. It has a fully equipped living/kitchen area with TV/DVD and WiFi. Plenty of parking.
