This was our 3rd visit to Fairfarren. Always a great experience with lots of game visiting around the house. Despite the bush being lush and green the animals visited around the house many times a day. Large herd of 9 Nyala came every day. Very peaceful and quiet.

We loved our short stay here. The kids spent hours in the two beautiful swimming pools and the adults soent hours watching the different wild life pass through the area. Staffan and the staff team were extremely responsive and nothing was ever a problem.

Neat & cosy cottage in the bush next to the Olifants river. Peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings!

Paul is quite a very supportive, respectful and always helpful. Paul is very understanding and flexible to changes, accommodating requests to reschedule the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. The place was a joy to behold, with amenities in the description matching the reality. In addition to the amenities, the Estate has quite diverse flora and fauna, with many gems and pleasant surprises spread around the location. The cottage was fully stocked and convenient for catering purposes. In addition to the indoor facilities, the swimming pool and braai components were an icing on the cake. Thanks to the host for the opportunity to share his home and add to the story of Kingfisher cottage.

Wow! What an absolutely amazing place and such wonderful hosts. The cabin is well equipped for a self catering stay, we had a braai and fire every evening. Frans and Louis were so genuinely kind and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. Being able to walk out of the property and be in nature, giraffes, zebra and impala just there and to be able to play in the river was amazing. My daughter (nearly 8 years old) didn't want to leave and wants to return!!!

We stayed over at Silke's place for 2 nights. The check-in was a breeze which really helped after a very long day of traveling. The house was clean and our experience overall was lovely. Would highly recommend Silke's place to anyone traveling to the Kruger.

Excellent stay at the Ubuntu lodge ! Beautiful house, very spacious, 3 rooms with insuite bathrooms. 2 with showers outside. The cleanliness and the decorations are well thought and we enjoyed the ambiance just staying in. Jackie, the manager was so helpful and warm (helped me find a doctor as I had a small horse accident). I recommend 100% and would love to bring again family and friends !!
