Great flat - clean, well decorated and close to city centre. Very well-equipped - it had everything we needed for a weekend away - and Hollie was extremely responsive and helpful, answering any queries we had straight away. Highly recommended!

This was the third time we stayed in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment while our son is studying at the university. It’s such a comfortable and well appointed place within easy reach of Leeds city centre but very quiet and peaceful.

This place is perfect if you want that out of town (Brudnell Social Club) retreat. Fancy enough to stay the weekend but affordable and easy to reach. Great instructions from the host with no unexpected issues. Thanks

We both really enjoyed our four-night break. A good base for exploring the area. The apartment was very comfortable and Judith was the perfect host - very helpful and friendly.

Booked last minute for Easter weekend Mechele was quick to respond and gave clear instructions how to get to her property. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our car in the designated parking space. We walked into town via the riverside, about 15 minutes. After lunch we returned and took our stuff inside, compact but everything we needed for weekend. some nice touches such as, milk, butter and biscuits as well as teabags and coffee. Ilkley is a lovely place with a good choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. We ate twice in the Yard Bar& Kitchen, a new place which was very good value for money. We would definitely recommend Mechele's place. Mal

Highly recommend this rental. Location is great for Leeds, and the beautiful Roundhay Park. Great bus service into Leeds, and a few minutes walk to bus stop, and local amenities. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby. The property was perfect for our needs; kitchen had everything, great shower, very comfy bed. If you want a quiet night in, the home cinema is amazing, with all possible options of Sky, Netflix, Amazon etc, with the large screen and projector easy to operate. Stephen was a great host, and responded to any questions very quickly. Thanks for a great weekend !

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

The guys we booked in here had a great stay, and were happy with the property and the amenities. Very convenient base for getting about Leeds, being near York Road. We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! Thank you for having us & thank you so much for all the tasty treats!

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

Richard’s place was perfect, very peaceful. Very well equipped and thought out. Will definitely come back when visiting family in Leeds.

The Ticking Room proved to be an excellent choice for a few days of peace and quiet in an attractive Dales setting. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard. Warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything a visitor might need. The village of Cononley has a couple of nice pubs and a village stores. The trains into Skipton are frequent and there are plenty of attractive villages in the area. The Ticking Room proved an excellent base for a short break. Jayne is readily available, helpful and eager to ensure her guests are comfortable and well-informed on the local facilities.

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

My husband, myself and our daughter, visiting from Australia, all enjoyed our stay in Alison and Colin’s apartment. It was perfectly positioned in Slaithwaite to visit other family members. It was just what we wanted; comfortable and equipped for all our needs.
